Caring Heart Widows Christmas Tea | December 13 | 12PM | Upper Atrium
Our Caring Hearts Ministry is hosting a Christmas Tea for our widows on Saturday, December 13, at 12PM. It will be held in the Upper Atrium. There is no charge for this event, but we do ask you RSVP by calling the church office 205-664-0122 or registering at the Welcome Desk.
Quarterly Church Conference | December 14 | after the 10:45AM Service
Make plans to come to our last Quarterly Church Conference this year! We will be approving our 2026 Work Admin Teams. This is a great way to get ministry and financial updates.
Sunday Schedule for December 21 & 28
There will be NO small groups for all ages on Sunday, December 21. We will have childcare for children 6wks-3 years old. On Sunday, December 28 we will have one service at 9:15AM, there will be NO small groups or childcare.
Christmas Eve Candlelight Service
Join us on Christmas Eve for a special Christmas message and candle lighting service. You can join us at 3:30PM or 5:00 PM. There will be no childcare.
Church Office Closed for Christmas and New Year Holiday
Our church offices will be closed Monday, December 22-Friday, December 26. We will be open on Monday, December 29. We will also be closed on Thursday, January 1, 2026.
Year-End Contributions
Please make sure that you have your 2025 contributions in before December 31, 2025. Any mailed contributions will need to be postmarked by the post office by December 31 to be counted in 2025. Visit gowestwood.org/yearendgiving for more details.
GriefShare | Begins January 6 | Cost $20
GriefShare is for those that have suffered a loss of a loved one. Are you feeling angry or full of regret? Are you depressed and wondering how to heal? All this is normal. And while your grief journey is unique, you'll find many grieving people are facing the same struggles. Join us for GriefShare where others that have been where you are can help walk you through your grief. Classes begin on January 6 in our Small Groups Building Room 10.
