Why LIFT Mission Summit: Align
Westwood exists to invest in people who will impact their world for Jesus and our mission is the Great Commission.
God desires the nations and our neighbors to know Jesus and to make Him known. In John 4, Jesus told the disciples, "Look, I tell you, LIFT your eyes, and see that the fields are white for harvest." Lost people are close to the heart of God, and Jesus is calling His followers to LIFT their eyes to the harvest of people who need Him, to the task of reaching people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. At Westwood, our mission is to obey our King by taking the Gospel of Christ locally and globally is called LIFT Missions and encompasses our local ministry
partners across the city and state, as well as our partners around the globe. Our theme for our LIFT Missions Summit this year is ALIGN, reflecting our goal to posture our heart for God’s call to missions. Our goal is to bring our local and global partners together to strengthen relationships, love and encourage one
another and ask God to prepare the heart of our church for HIS mission.
Summit Schedule:
January 31, 4PM, Opening Dinner
Join us for dinner to get a chance to visit with our mission partners in a more intimate setting. RSVP is required for dinner.

February 1, Sunday morning, 9:15 and 10:45AM
Our partners will be available Sunday morning in the Atrium between services for you to visit their tables and learn more about their ministries. You are invited to join them in the Small Groups building for break out times to learn more in depth information about their ministries.
February 1, Sunday evening, 4-5PM Corporate Worship , 5-6PM Breakout Rooms
Come back Sunday evening for a time of Worship, Prayer and Sharing from our Global Ministry partners.
February 4, Wednesday evening, 6-7PM, Corporate Worship, 7-8PM Breakout Rooms
