This program will prepare for children for organized sports in a fun, yet non-threatening environment.  Children will work one-on-one with their parent/guardian.  This class will cover a variety of soccer skills, including dribbling/ball handling, passing, shooting goals, basic rules and running/agility.  Children will receive a soccer basics manual, a Teslon ball, a size 3 soccer ball, cones and a set of shin guards.

This program will meet at Carebear's Popcorn, Treats & More at 212 W First Street in Dixon.  There we will decorate holiday cookies, create an edible ice cream cone Christmas tree and play fun holiday games.  Each child will receive a bag of popcorn.  Registered participants will have the option of purchasing a Webkinz (large size) of the month for only $7.  Space is limited.  Register by December 1.

The Sterling Track Club Master will be offered this year for all those wanting to learn about or improve their running skills.  The program is open to participants age 18 and above, from beginning runners to advanced runners.  A customized program will be developed for each person and nutrition, shoes/attire and overall fitness information will be offered.  Take this opportunity to stay fit in a fun, social setting.  Instructed by Barb Lauff.
