March Mission Spotlight | Hygiene Items for Lovelady Center
Lovelady will be our mission focus for the month of March. The Lovelady Center needs hygiene items. Starting on March 1 we will begin collecting hygiene items for Lovelady Center. There will be collection boxes located around campus for your donations.  For a list of items needed visit HERE.

Caring Hearts Widow Ministry Dessert Social | March 13 | 10AM-12PM
All widows are invited to the home of Blanche Spinks at 120 Wixford Way in Alabaster for a dessert social on March 13, from 10AM-12PM. Please RSVP by calling the Church Office at 205-664-0122 or Susan Rudd at 205-960-1602.  

Senior Adult Worship & Potluck | March 11 | 10:30AM
All senior adults are invited to join us for a time of worship and singing, followed by a potluck lunch. Please bring a dish (meat, vegetable, salad, or dessert) to share and stay for lunch.

Senior Adult Fish Fry | March 14 | 11AM
All senior adults are invited to a fish fry on Saturday, March 14, at 11AM, in the lower Atrium. Fries, hushpuppies, fish and drinks will be provided.  Please bring a side dish to share (coleslaw, potato salad, corn on the cob, etc,) or a dessert.  You don’t want to miss it!

Adventure Weekend for Dads/Sons | March 20-21 | $40
We had an event for dads and daughters. Now it is time for the boys!  Sign you and your 1-6 grade sons up for Adventure Weekend at Shocco Springs.  The deadline is March 4. Visit gowestwood.org/kids for registration link.

Journey to the Cross | April 1 | 5-8PM | Volunteers needed!
Journey to the Cross is a multi-sensory family Easter celebration for kids of all ages!  We are currently looking for volunteers to help make this event a success. We are also looking for gift baskets to give away for prizes. Visit gowestwood.org/kids to learn more about how you can help!

Lift Impact Serve Day | April 18
We are currently looking for small Impact Serve jobs for our Lift Impact Serve Day.   If you are a widow/widower, single parent, or senior adult that has small jobs that you would like some help with please visit the kiosk this Sunday to fill out a project card.
