March Mission Spotlight | Hygiene Items for Lovelady Center

Journey to the Cross | April 1 | 5-8PM
Join us for Journey to the Cross, a meaningful evening centered on faith and fellowship. There will be food and desserts, fun games and activities, exciting crafts for all ages, as well as candy and treats for kids. Bring your family and friends and experience the hope of Easter together! Avoid the lines and visit gowestwood.org/easter to register for your time slot.
Good Friday Service | April 3 | 6:30PM
Have you ever thought about the suffering and agony that Jesus chose so you could find an eternal Hope that is only found in Him? This service will remind us of the cost of our salvation. It will be a somber and reflective service, and you will be moved as we look at the cross and His sacrifice for our sin. Due to the nature of this service, childcare will be available for 6 weeks through 3rd grade.
Easter Sunday | April 5 | 4 Great Services
We will have 4 services on Easter Sunday! Join us at 7AM for our Sunrise Service, we will also have 8AM, 9:15AM, and 10:45AM. There will be NO small groups for children, students or adults. There will be care for children 6wks-5K at our 8AM, 9:15AM and 10:45AM services. Invite your friends and family to celebrate the resurrection of our King Jesus!
Freshmen Beach Retreat | April 10-12 | Cost $150
Freshmen retreat is open to all current freshmen. We will be going to Gulf Shore Beach Retreat Center. Students will specifically grow closer together with their grade level peers and develop a stronger relationship with the Lord. Registration closes on April 3. Lift Impact Serve Day | April 18

Men’s Ministry Bass Tournament | April 24-25 | Lay Lake
Men’s Ministry is joining with the men of First Baptist Church in Alabaster for a Bass tournament. The cost is $50 per boat. We will join at FBCA on Friday, April 24, for a pre-tournament time of worship, rule review, food and door prizes. The tournament will be a Lay Lake Paradise Point on April 25. Men’s Softball League | Registration is open | Cost $40

Girl Con 2026 | April 24-25 | Cost $30
Girl Con is a conference experience for 7th-12th grade girls. Over the course of Friday night and Saturday, girls will be encouraged, equipped, and have fun through times of worship, Biblical teaching, meals together, free time options, and late-night activities.
